1/2 cup quality mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
1 tablespoon finely minced onion
2 tablespoons natural ketchup

1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
Combine Ingredients. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well to combine until the sauce is smooth and uniform.
Refrigerate for Best Flavor. Although the sauce can be used immediately, cover and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and deepen.
Serve. Shake or stir the sauce before serving. Use as a condiment on burgers, sandwiches, or as a dip.
Storage. Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will keep fresh for up to 2 weeks.
Notes
The original McDonald’s Big Mac Sauce does not include ketchup, but its addition enhances the flavor.
For a smoky twist, add a dash of barbecue sauce.
If you prefer some heat, add a splash of your favorite hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
You can use sweet pickle relish instead of dill and omit the granulated sugar if desired.
